Oak + Honey
Client: Oak+Honey Boutiques
The challenge: Like many growing boutiques, Oak + Honey faced challenges with increasing online visibility, maintaining consistent customer engagement, and standing out in a competitive digital market. Through strategic content creation, branding, and social media marketing, the brand focused on building a stronger connection with its audience while creating a more recognizable online presence.
What we did:
- To overcome these challenges, Oak + Honey focused on strengthening its digital presence through creative content, consistent branding, and audience engagement strategies. By utilizing short-form video marketing, interactive social media campaigns, and visually cohesive branding, the boutique was able to increase online visibility, build stronger customer connections, and create a more engaging shopping experience for its audience

Real Estate Marketing Campaigns
Client: Perry Homes
The challenge: As a sales consultant, one of the biggest challenges was standing out in a competitive real estate market while building trust with potential buyers. Educating clients on financing options, showcasing the value of new construction homes, and creating engaging digital content were essential in attracting interest and increasing community awareness.
What we did:To help address these challenges, we focused on creating a stronger digital marketing presence that made the homebuying experience feel more approachable, informative, and engaging for potential buyers. Through consistent social media content, short-form videos, and community-focused campaigns, we were able to increase visibility and attract more interest in new home communities.
We created engaging TikTok and Instagram content that highlighted move-in-ready homes, builder incentives, floor plans, and neighborhood features in a way that felt authentic rather than overly sales-driven. By showcasing real walkthroughs, lifestyle-focused content, and educational posts about financing and interest rates, we helped simplify the buying process for first-time homebuyers and build trust with potential clients.
In addition, we used strategic branding and consistent posting to strengthen community awareness and increase audience engagement online. These marketing efforts helped generate more inquiries, encourage model home visits, and create stronger connections between buyers and the brand.
